Albidon Equities Limited Liability Company’s (LLC) short term goal is expansion from its current structure into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). In order to meet the tax classification of being a REIT, Albidon must have greater than 100 shareholders, or investors. Once this number is comfortably reached, the process to re-classifying the LLC into a REIT will ensue. As per the US tax code, REITs are required to distribute 90% of their annual taxable income to shareholders through dividends.

It is the belief of Albidon’s management team that the time to invest in the elderly residential care market is now. The potential for significant value appreciation and profits exists; and is based on the reduced real estate valuations in the targeted markets, accompanied by the significant cash flows that each facility can produce.
